Which devices support Financial Management App?
Financial Management App is an iOS application available on the Apple App Store for iPhone.
How does receipt recognition work?
Receipt recognition uses Apple Vision directly on your device to read receipt details. Kulner does not operate a remote server or cloud database for scanning your receipts. You can scan receipts with your camera or import photos and files.
What permissions does Financial Management App request?
Camera and photo library access operate only when you choose to scan or attach receipts. Location/maps, notifications, and export/share operate only when chosen and authorized by you.
How does optional iCloud backup work?
If you choose to enable iCloud backup, records are stored in your personal Apple iCloud account. Kulner does not operate a proprietary cloud database containing users' financial records.
Can I export my financial records?
Yes. You can export your records to standard CSV files at any time from within the app to view in spreadsheets or archive for your records.
How does the trial and subscription work?
Customers select a monthly or yearly subscription before accepting an Apple-managed trial. Offer details, eligibility, duration, and billing period appear on Apple's purchase screen before purchase. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled. If access expires, existing records and groups remain viewable, and CSV export and Settings/Support remain accessible. Creating, modifying, or deleting records or groups, receipt scanning, and restoring backups require active access.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
All purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. You can view, manage, or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account subscription settings. To avoid a trial converting to a paid subscription, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Does Financial Management App connect to my bank account?
No. Financial Management App has no bank connection. There is no account scraping or financial credential storage. Records are entered manually or recognized from receipts on your device.
