Privacy Policy

Your transactions, receipts, budgets, notes, and other financial information are stored primarily on your device.

Kulner does not operate a separate proprietary cloud database containing your financial records.

When you choose features such as iCloud backup, exporting or sharing, support email, location or map features, or App Store purchases, Apple or another service you choose may receive the information needed to provide that feature.

Kulner PFM does not connect to your bank, download bank transactions, or ask for your banking credentials.

Kulner does not use advertising, behavioral analytics, or cross-app tracking.

Kulner does not sell or rent your personal financial information for advertising.

Receipt text recognition uses Apple's built-in Vision technology on your device.

Kulner PFM does not use generative AI.

Camera access is used only when you choose to take a receipt photo.

When you choose an existing image, Kulner PFM uses Apple's system photo picker and does not require broad access to your photo library.

Adding a location to a transaction is optional.

When you use location or map features, Apple's location and mapping services may be used to find a place or address, display a map, or open a saved location in Apple Maps.

Kulner does not operate its own location or mapping service.

If you enable reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device.

Notifications may include transaction titles and amounts. Depending on your iOS notification settings, those details may appear on your Lock Screen or in Notification Center.

Kulner does not operate a remote push-notification server for these reminders.

iCloud backup is optional.

If you enable it, your backup is stored in your Apple iCloud account.

Kulner does not operate a separate cloud backup database for your financial information.

Exported JSON, CSV, and PDF files may contain personal financial information.

Exported files are not encrypted by Kulner PFM.

After you save or share an exported file, Kulner does not control where that copy is stored, who receives it, or how another app or service protects it.

Protect exported files according to where you choose to store or send them.

Subscriptions and purchases are processed through the Apple App Store.

Kulner does not receive your payment card information or Apple ID credentials.

If you email support, Kulner receives only the information you choose to include in that email.

You can export your data, delete individual records, or permanently delete your app data.

Kulner is responsible for the privacy practices of Kulner PFM. Kulner does not control the privacy, security, availability, or operation of services provided by Apple or by third parties you choose to use.

This includes Apple services such as iCloud, Maps, App Store purchases, the system photo picker, and iOS notifications; files after you export or share them; email providers; cloud storage providers; websites; and other apps or services you choose.

Kulner also does not control your device security settings, Lock Screen notification visibility, iCloud settings, or what another person can access on your device or through an account you control.

Using an Apple or third-party service through Kulner PFM does not make that service part of Kulner or place it under Kulner's control.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time as Kulner PFM, our practices, or legal requirements change.

The current version will remain available inside the app, and we will update the Last Updated date when this policy changes.

If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
